It was partially destroyed by bombs during the Civil War. Josep Miàs graduated in 1992 at the Architecture School in Barcelona (ETSAB). For 10 years he worked at Enric Miralles office as associated architect. In 2000 he founded Mias Arquitectes. He teaches at the School of Architecture and gives seminars and conferences all over the world.
